Terms of Service

§ 1 Scope of application, general terms and conditions of the customer

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to purchase and work delivery contracts between
Levent Aynal and the customer. If the customer is an entrepreneur, they also apply to all future orders from the customer without the need for a special reference.
The customer's terms and conditions are not part of the contract.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

§ 2 Prices, Payment

The prices shown in the shop include the statutory sales tax. If the customer is an entrepreneur
sales tax is deemed to be agreed at the respective statutory rate.
The seller is entitled, despite the customer's provisions to the contrary, to initially offset payments against older debts. If costs and interest have already been incurred, payments will first be offset against the costs, then against the interest and finally against the main service.
